We were the first to get into Print on Demand during the 08’ recession. We were the first to get licensed face masks during the 2020 Pandemic. And today, we are legends for changing the narrative. Our mission calls for us to innovate, it drives us at our very core. Each and every day we think about what we do & how we do it.

Which core #TEAM value do you feel strongest about? Why?

Make Work a Great Place – The expectation of everyone doing their best & being their best allows for an amazing work environment with a group of the best people! With this value, we can only anticipate success, both individually and collectively as a #TEAM!

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one professional quality or ability that would help your role, what would it be?

Quicker decision-making abilities. I tend to overthink and play “what ifs” on all possible outcomes and variances. And some situations just call for a quick decision to be made, no room for over analyzing.

If everyone in the world lost their memory of pop culture/history, except for you, what’s the first thing you would take credit for?

Just call me the new Michael Jackson. His music is genus status in my opinion. I have no musically inclined talents… For just a moment, I would mix up the lyrics a bit and take credit for MJ’s music catalogue!

If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future or anything else, what would you want to know?

I would love to get a glimpse of my children in adulthood; see them living life after my care, all my teachings and deposits of wisdom hopefully applied!

Which core #TEAM value do you feel strongest about? Why?

Make work a great place. With the amount of time spent in the workplace, I think it is important to find a company that not only values a fun working environment, but also a challenging one that consistently forces you to be resourceful to solve new problems.

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one professional quality or ability that would help your role, what would it be?

Anticipation. Whether it be anticipating personnel issues by making sure all employees are engaged and empowered or more tactical, ensuring equipment or production problems are solved before they become larger issues. Anticipating and solving problems before they happen is a skill I continue to work on developing.

If everyone in the world lost their memory of pop culture/history, except for you, what’s the first thing you would take credit for?

Definitely something music related. Probably take credit for the music of the Rolling Stones.

If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future or anything else, what would you want to know?

Nothing! The mystery of the future is what makes it great.

Which core #TEAM value do you feel strongest about? Why?

E- Execute with Urgency; I feel strongest about this core value because I have an A-type personality. I always try to get my stuff done as efficiently as possible because I would want the same in return.

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one professional quality or ability that would help your role, what would it be?

To memorize the VLOOKUP equation in excel. I always get it eventually, just takes some time on my first go around.

If everyone in the world lost their memory of pop culture/history, except for you, what’s the first thing you would take credit for?

I would take credit for writing Britney Spears’ songs. Everyone was a hit and I have most of the lyrics memorized already. Either that, or of course the knowledge of investing in Bitcoin at 8 cents.

If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future or anything else, what would you want to know?

I would want to know where I’d be living in ten years. I have always wanted to venture out of Long Island, but never thought I could take the leap. It would be cool to know if I was ever able to make a big change like that.
